Quick Fix Checklist
Reinstall the latest version:
Click to reinstall/update the extension
Refresh Meta Ads Manager page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
Configure the correct columns:

The extension won't show data until columns are properly configured
See below for the correct column order
Verify login:
Make sure you're logged into song.so in the extension
Check that Meta Ads Manager page fully loaded
Try a different page:
Open different sections: Campaigns, Ad Sets, Ads, etc.
Data may take a moment to populate
